Joseph Harari is a member of the Board of Governors of Technion University in Haifa, Israel.  He is also a member of the Latin American Executive Board at The Wharton School.

Prior to being awarded the Key of the City of Panama in 2012, Mr. Harari has served as an Ambassador representing Panama at various events including the UN 60th Anniversary Meeting. He was also the Advisor to the President of the Republic of Panama at this event.  In addition to the Key of the City, Mr. Harari has also been awarded the Vasco Nunez de Balboa commendation from the Republic of Panama, and the Gold Medal from B’nai B’nai International.

Mr. Harari attended Canal College and New York University. He also completed special studies at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
